Our Associates are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.  To tour one of our properties, or if you have specific questions, please call 563-3345 or come by our office at 405 West 27th Avenue.

There is a non-refundable administrative fee of $35 for each applicant over the age of 18.  This charge covers the processing costs including credit, criminal and background checks.

We meet all Fair Housing guidelines and we do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, national origin, familial or marital status.
