Pacific Rim Properties is a member of The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) and is the only Accredited Management Organization (AMO®) in the state of Alaska which puts it in the top 10% of all property management companies nationwide.

Property Managers and Leasing Specialists at Pacific Rim Properties are licensed through the Alaska Real Estate Commission and are members of the National, State, and local Association of Realtors.

Property Management services include; leasing, tenant selection, rent collections, accounting, coordinating maintenance and repairs, tenant communications, and preparing monthly owner reports.  Emergency after hours calls are handled 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Services include: real estate market analysis, broker’s opinion of value, consulting (administering tenant improvements, administering renovations and capital improvements), representing sellers and buyers, and serving as court appointed receiver for real estate.
